Planning & Scheduling:
Project Manger Web Tools -
Course 101
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s web-based solution. Participants will receive an overview of project management concepts, assign resources, view and approve timesheets, adjust the project plan to account for schedule delays and over allocated resources, and analyze portfolios. Participants also will customize the Personal Workspace - their "homepage" - and use the Project Workspace to collaborate with team members, manage documents, and initiate a project request. This three-day course includes lesson reviews and workshops to reinforce course material.

Project Manager (P5/P6 thru R8) Beginner - Course 102
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling. Scheduling techniques will be covered. This three-day course leads you through hands-on workshops that create and track an entire project to completion. All workshops and instruction use the three basic elements of project management: schedule, resource and costs.

Project Manager (P5/P6) Advanced - Course 106
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s client/server based solution. This course is designed to give current users a more in depth look atthe software. Many of the lessons will aid the project office in determining how to setup calendars, user fields, global data items, and much more!

Project Manger Web Tools - Course 107
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s Web-based solution. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of resource management. This 1 ½ day course leads you through hands-on case studies to add a resource to the enterprise resource pool; plan for resource needs in future projects; staff resources on current projects; and manage resources to ensure they are fully utilized. Participants are also provided instruction on using Primavera’s collaboration functionality in the Personal Workspace.

P3 TO P5/P6 Conversion - Course 108
This two-day course is specially designed for users moving from Primavera Project Planner (P3) to Project Manager (P5/P6). Numerous charts list how P3 fields and functionality map to Project Manager (P5/P6), enabling users to leverage their existing knowledge of P3 and rapidly adapt to new features in Project Manager (P5/P6). The course begins with navigation, menus, and terminology in Project Manager (P5/P6), and introduces new ways to view layouts and run reports. The course also details how basic tasks in the project management life cycle are executed in Project Manager (P5/P6), including how to create activities, assign and analyze resources, and update the project plan. An appendix at the back of the manual covers how to convert projects from P3 to Project Manager (P5/P6). (Please note that this course is designed for existing users of P3. Those who wish to learn Project Manager (P5/P6), but are not P3 users, should register for Course 102.)

Suretrak Project Manager - Course 401
This course provides a comprehensive overview of SureTrak Project Manager for Windows. It examines how to use SureTrak for project planning, scheduling, control and analysis.

Project Planner (P3) Beginner - Course 601
Getting started with P3 through hands-on, basic training. Participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning P3.

Project Planner - Course 602
This one-day course will enable you to take full advantage of driving resources, resource curves, hierarchical resources, resource profiles/tables and resource leveling. Learn resource calendars for planning and control and Rich Text Format reports for status reporting.

Project Planner - Course 603
This one-day hands-on training course will take you beyond the fundamentals of scheduling a project by transferring project data through copy and paste, storing and retrieving fragnets, and using import and export. In addition, global change, and custom data items will be used to modify activity data.

Primavera Contractor - Course 700
This course provides hands-on training for contractors. It examines how to plan, schedule, control, and analyze projects.

Contract Management:
Expedition / Contract Manager -
Course 201
This course provides hands-on training for Primavera’s web-based solution. During this three-day course, participants will learn project cost control and document management.

Administering Expedition -
Course A101
This one-day class for Network Administrators and Expedition Administrators provides detailed lessons on administering Expedition in your organization. Topics include: Setting Process Level Access Rights Setting Project Level Access Rights Rebuilding Databases The Sybase Central Administration Utility

Expedition ver 8.5 / Contract Manager - Course 202A
This two-day course provides an overview of the Expedition ver 8.5 features that will enable you to set up a project, track contract drawings, record material deliveries, log submittal items and communicate project information.

Expedition ver. 8.5 / Contract Manager - Course 202B
This two-day course provides an overview of the Expedition ver. 8.5 features used for managing contracts and costs, analyzing changes and utilizing tools for reporting project information.
